Operations & practical AI support
Support with a workflow, a change across teams or a potential use for AI. A conversation about the work helps establish what would be useful and whether a small, defined assignment is appropriate.
Operations & project support
For work delayed between teams, repeated across systems or dependent on knowledge that has never been made explicit.
Process review and improvement
Start with a walkthrough of a defined workflow and conversations with the people who perform it and use its output. Examine waiting, duplication, corrections and controls, including the effects of a change on adjacent teams.
Output: a map of the current process and a prioritised set of proposed changes, with dependencies, ownership and a way to check the result.
Project coordination
For an agreed change that needs follow-through across people or providers. Begin by reviewing the current plan, outstanding decisions and responsibilities. Establish milestones, keep actions moving and bring decisions to the person authorised to make them.
Output: a delivery plan, an action and decision record, and a documented handover. Coordination responsibilities and decisions retained by the organisation are agreed at the outset.
Practical AI use
Start from a task worth improving. The answer may be an AI test, better use of existing software or a simpler way of working.
Choosing a useful application
Review recurring tasks through a focused discussion or workshop, using examples of the inputs and required outputs. Compare AI with templates, rules and existing software, considering checking effort, errors and data constraints.
Output: a reasoned shortlist, a proposed first test and the questions that need resolving before proceeding.
Training around actual work
A practical session using approved tools and tasks familiar to the participants. Work through giving useful context, improving a result and checking it against the source. Confidential information and tool limitations are addressed throughout; no technical background is required.
Output: worked examples, reusable instructions and a short reference guide.
A limited pilot
For a use case that needs evidence before a wider commitment. Agree representative examples, the current baseline and acceptance criteria, then test a small application. Include review, corrections and handovers in the comparison.
Output: a prototype where appropriate, documented results and limitations, and a recommendation to proceed, revise or stop. Wider deployment, integrations and ongoing support require a separate scope.

Bring a process or a decision
Describe the work, where it gets stuck and what you want to improve. The format, timing and working language can be agreed around the people involved. Relevant examples or an existing process description provide a useful starting point.
